Hanoi

Day 1 to 3, welcome to Hanoi.
Visit the famous museums and cultural icons, explore Hoan Kiem Lake and stroll around the Old Quarter in the evening, begin your love affair with Vietnamese food!

Ninh Binh

Day 4 to 5 spend time in Ninh Binh, and enjoy boat trips along the lake. Admire the beautiful hills and rice fields along the way.

Halong Bay

Day 6 Drive to Halong Bay a UNESCO world Heritage site and spend a night on the water. enjoy the spectacular limestone formations and the short detours along the way.
Day 7 return to Hanoi, to sample evening cocktails at the famous Sofitel Metropole, try the Charlie Chaplin! First drink is on me.

Hue

Day 8 and 9 Travel to Hue and discover the history of the ancient capital, and the Imperial City complex. Visit nearby picturesque fishing villages.

Hoi-An

Day 10 to 11 transfer to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Hoi-An via the Hai Van Pass. Experience breathtaking vistas along the way, and stop off at Marble Mountain. I have done this journey on the back of a motorbike, you choose how you want to experience it. Once in Hoi-An, enjoy meandering around the quaint little streets and being welcomed into the houses of this charming former port city.

Ho Chi Minh

Day 12 to 15 Ho Chi Minh City, discover the history of the Vietnam war, enjoy a Vespa tour of the city, fancy an introduction to craft beers or perhaps sampling the street food. Meet you at the Caravelle Rooftop bar for cocktail hour at sunset, I'm buying!

What's included in the tour price

• The trip cost will start from your arrival in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh depending on your itinerary.

• The indicative price is based on 2 people sharing a room.

• Accommodation will be in boutique or 5 star hotels, depending on location, and breakfast is included.

• There may be a charge for certain optional activities, these will be clearly explained.

• I will personally accompany you during your trip. The evenings will be free for you to decide where you wish to go. Of course I will be available for advice and recommendations, and make any arrangements as required.  

• Professional tour guides will be on hand for specific trips and activities to further enhance your experience.

• All internal transfers will be included in the price during your stay.

• Visa on Arrival (VOA) is available to Vietnam for UK passport holders. 

• You will need 6 months validity on your passport.

• Whilst good international hospitals and clinics are available, you will be responsible for arranging appropriate medical insurance cover for the duration of your stay.
