Terms & Conditions
All bookings are subject to these terms and conditions

Paying for the holiday

  • Agreeing to the booking and paying a deposit, the person making the booking is deemed to have accepted the conditions on behalf of all persons included in the booking.

  • Once the deposit has been received, the confirmation/invoice will be sent out. Please check all documentation carefully and notify us of any inaccuracies within 10 days. We cannot accept any liability beyond this period, although we will try to accommodate any errors, but additional costs may be payable.

  • The balance must be paid by the date on the invoice, usually 90 days before the departure date.

  • Failure to pay the balance by the agreed date will result in a cancellation fee based on the date we treat the booking as cancelled by you.

Changes to the holiday

  • Whilst every effort will be taken to accommodate any changes to the itinerary prior to your departure we cannot guarantee that this will be possible in every case. If it is possible to make the change we will charge for any costs incurred by us. Any change requests after your departure cannot be guaranteed.

Additional activities

  • Please be aware that we do not provide or arrange excursions or activities that are not listed in your final itinerary, and confirmed and paid in full prior to departure.

  • We will, at your request, put you in touch with local suppliers but we will have no liability for these activities. Your contract will be with the local supplier directly not us.

Cancelling the holiday

  • You may cancel your holiday at any time prior to the departure date. You must provide written notification, by recorded delivery post or email. If you wish to cancel, a cancellation fee will be applied based on the overall cost of the holiday. The percentage will be calculated from the date the notification is received by us. Please see the table below for a summary of the cancellation fees.
